Point Allocation Algorithm

An Internal Algorithm for Account-Level Point Allocation

The Point Allocation Algorithm is the internal process that determines how Reward Points are processed and credited within the CostCut Club ecosystem.

The process begins when a new member joins the club. Each new member introduces three points into the system. These points become part of the platform’s defined point-allocation process.

The algorithm does not create additional points or generate new monetary value; it simply applies the platform’s established rules to determine how the available points are allocated.

Controlled Point Injection

Each time a new member joins the club, three points are introduced into the ecosystem as part of the platform’s defined participation structure.

These three points become an input to the Point Allocation Algorithm.

The algorithm does not generate, multiply, or create additional points. It simply processes the three points associated with each new member and applies the platform’s predefined allocation rules.

From Referral to Connection

The referral process introduces new people to the CostCut Club ecosystem and supports the member’s initial qualification.

Once an account reaches the stage at which it enters the connection process, the platform records that account in the Central Registry.

The Central Registry is essentially the system’s chronological waiting line. It keeps participating accounts in the order in which they become eligible for the process so that accounts are handled fairly and consistently.

When an account reaches its place in the Registry, the system creates the appropriate connection within the Point Allocation Flowchart.

The referral itself does not determine where Reward Points are allocated. Instead, the resulting connection becomes part of the information used by the Point Allocation Algorithm.

The Point Allocation Flowchart

The Point Allocation Flowchart is the structure that organizes these connections and provides the pathway for generating points towards the individual account of the club members.

Its design follows a simple three-branch mathematical progression:

1 → 3 → 9 → 27 → 81 → 243

The first position creates three subsequent positions. Each of those positions then creates three more, and the same pattern continues as the structure expands.

For example:

Position 1 → Positions 2, 3, 4

Position 2 → Positions 5, 6, 7

Position 3 → Positions 8, 9, 10

This is what allows the system to expand in a consistent and predictable manner as additional accounts enter the process.

How the Connection Is Created

When an account reaches its place in the Central Registry, the system automatically establishes its designated connection within the Point Allocation Flowchart.

The platform uses an internal Connector Code to record that relationship and place the account within the established structure.

There is no manual selection of positions or recipients; the system follows the chronological order and the predefined structure automatically.

The recorded connection then becomes one of the inputs used by the Point Allocation Algorithm to determine the applicable account-level allocation. ​ ​

Where the Points Are Harvested

The actual harvesting of points takes place within the Point Allocation Flowchart. As new members enter the ecosystem, their three-point contributions are processed through the system.

While the Central Registry determines when an account is processed, the Point Allocation Flowchart dictates where the resulting allocation occurs.

The Point Allocation Algorithm connects these two functions to make the entire progression fully automatic.

Account-Level Allocation

The information collected through the connection process becomes part of the data used by the Point Allocation Algorithm.

The software applies predefined rules to this information to determine exactly which accounts receive the available points and the precise volume they are credited.

This calculation is entirely automatic, operating independently of manual choices, random selection, or direct peer-to-peer transfers.

Predictable and Controlled Allocation

Because the Point Allocation Algorithm operates strictly according to predefined rules, point distribution remains predictable, controlled, and consistent across the entire member base.

Every qualifying event is processed according to the same underlying logic, ensuring the network operates with absolute uniformity as activity occurs.

Point Accumulation Through Member Activity

As more members participate in the ecosystem, additional points are introduced through new member registrations.

Rather than relying on traditional direct transfers between users, the algorithm continuously tracks and processes this expanding pool of activity in the background.

This centralized processing allows the system to scale fluidly as participation increases while maintaining the exact same allocation rules.

The 729-Point Calculation

The three-point contribution from each new member creates a larger mathematical relationship within the system.

When 243 new members have entered the structure:

243 × 3 points = 729 points

Those 729 points are represented as three equal 243-point portions:

729 ÷ 3 = 243 points

The 243-point quantity corresponds to the maximum point accumulation defined for an individual CVA cycle.

The 729 points represent Reward Point volume within the CostCut Club system. They are not cash and do not represent unrestricted money transferred from one member to another.

Algorithm Integrity

The Point Allocation Algorithm operates entirely within the platform’s data architecture and predefined rules.

Each new member activity creates the necessary data inputs for the system to execute background calculations automatically.

Members do not manually determine or alter point allocations, ensuring the system remains completely consistent, scalable, and secure as new network activity expands.

The Relationship Between Referrals, Connections, and Points

To view the architecture as a simple progression: referrals bring new participants into the ecosystem, the Central Registry maintains chronological order, and the internal Connector Code locks in each account's place within the Point Allocation Flowchart.

The algorithm then automatically processes the associated three-point inputs, allowing the member-facing onboarding experience to remain simple while the sophisticated harvesting network runs in the background.
