Preferred members are part of the ecosystem, but their access is intentionally limited to preserve clarity between basic participation and full engagement.

Purpose of Preferred Membership

Preferred Membership exists to give new members a simple, low‑commitment way to enter the ecosystem. It allows individuals to:

• join the community

• explore the platform

• observe how the system operates

• begin accumulating points

• understand the ecosystem at their own pace

This tier is intentionally introductory. It is meant to help new members peel back the first layer of the CostCut Club ecosystem without overwhelming them with advanced features.

The 7‑Day Full Access Period

Every new Preferred member receives 7 days of full access to the complete version of the CostCut Club Intelligent Marketplace Social Media Platform. This temporary access allows new members to experience the platform exactly as VIP members do.

During this 7‑day period, Preferred members can:

• explore the full marketplace

• view all merchant listings

• experience the complete platform interface

• understand how redemption works (without redeeming)

• preview the Savings Engine structure

• familiarize themselves with the ecosystem’s layout

This trial period is crucial. It gives new members a clear understanding of what VIP unlocks, allowing them to make an informed decision about upgrading.

After the 7‑day period ends, Preferred members retain access to the limited version of the platform.

What Preferred Members Can Access

Preferred members receive access to the limited version of the CostCut Club Intelligent Marketplace Social Media Platform. This includes:

• browsing participating stores

• shopping like a regular customer

• viewing accumulated points

• maintaining an active presence inside the ecosystem

Preferred members are fully included in the ecosystem’s structure, but their access remains observational. They can see their progress, but they cannot convert it into value.

Understanding Point Accumulation

Preferred members accumulate points automatically as the ecosystem grows. These points appear on the dashboard and reflect the member’s position inside the system. However, Preferred members cannot redeem these points. The points remain visible but inactive, serving as a preview of what full participation looks like.

This design allows new members to understand the system’s rhythm without requiring them to make decisions about value conversion.

Limitations of Preferred Membership

Preferred Membership is intentionally limited. Preferred members:

• cannot redeem points

• cannot access the Savings Engine

• cannot convert points into prepaid value

• do not qualify for recycling when their CVA cycle expires

• become dormant members upon expiration

• retain only basic marketplace access

These limitations are structural boundaries that keep Preferred Membership simple, clear, and easy to understand for new participants.

Dormant Status After Expiration

When a Preferred member completes their CVA cycle, they do not re‑enter the matrix. Instead, they become dormant members. Dormant members:

• remain inside the ecosystem

• retain access to the limited marketplace

• can continue shopping normally

• can upgrade to VIP at any time

Dormant status ensures that Preferred members never lose their place inside the ecosystem, even if they choose not to upgrade.
